Litigation refers to the process of resolving disputes in the state court system. It is the second main practice of Hästö & Co managed by our Managing Partner Mats Welin, who has completed countless litigation proceedings over the past 20 years. In addition to litigation, Hästö & Co’s dispute resolution practice covers negotiating on behalf of our clients as well as various mediation proceedings. In fact, they can often be considered as the first steps before entering into litigation.
