Happy New Year 2018!

As some of you might have already heard, Hästö & Co’s year 2018 begins with new winds due to our partner Mats Welin’s appointment as the CEO. Below you will find Mats’ thoughts on this new chapter.

“Having been Dispute Resolution team leader during the last 10 + years in two different law firms, I have been appointed to Managing Partner at Hästö & Co. This is a task I look very much forward to, because it i) enables me to learn new things and see a new perspective of the legal industry and ii) allows me to steer our ship in directions important to me, including greater quality, growth and being the best employer in town. When having prepared myself to this new task together with a professional management coach, I have initially committed myself to: clear goals, fairness, transparency and low hierarchy in the leadership of Hästö & Co.”
